Burger in an onion boule
Ingrdients
White onion, ground beef (enough for a burger), sliced garlic clove, slice peppers.
Recipe
Take an onion remove the inedible skin. Slice it in half and remove the centers
including the root till you have a hollow hollowed out of a decent size. Stuff the
ground beef in the hollows and put the onion back together. It is fine if the meat
squeezes out between the halves. I stuffed the meat with pepper, garlic and over
yummies. Wrap the whole thing in tin foil and put in in the coals. In theory 15 minutes
on each side will be enough. Our fire was low so it took more time.
